These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use of AI Backend API and related websites, software, and integrations (the “Service”) provided by XLT CAPITAL LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using the Service, You agree to these Terms and to Our Privacy Policy.
The Service
AI Backend API is a business CRM and automation platform. Features may include contacts, conversations, campaigns, AI agents, workflows, calendars, and third-party connections. Features can change as We improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information You provide, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity under Your account and workspace. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not send unlawful spam, harass others, or violate telecommunications, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform except where the law forbids that restriction.
- Do not use the Service to misuse Google or other third-party APIs, including exceeding authorized scopes or using data outside the purpose You enabled.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data You submit to the Service. You grant Us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and secure the Service. You are responsible for having any rights and consents required for the data You store or the messages You send.
Google Calendar and Google APIs
If You connect a Google account, You authorize the Service to access Google user data only for the features You turn on, such as viewing calendar availability and creating, updating, or managing calendar events You request.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You can revoke Google access at any time from Your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the integration in the Service. Google’s own terms also apply to Your Google account.
Other third-party services
Carriers, messaging providers, calendars, and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data practices, or policy changes.
Text messages
If You opt in to SMS, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results, uptime, or that integrations will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if You violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes are posted means You accept the updated Terms.
